Youth Advocacy Center (YAC) update -- Samantha Mitchell

Please note: Public comment on the Mineral Lake YMCA rezone proposal (Ordinance 1343) cannot be taken during this meeting. Those wishing to testify about the proposal can do so in in person the day of the hearing (Feb. 14) or in writing through 4 p.m. Feb. 13. Written public testimony should be sent to Mindy Brooks at mindy.brooks@lewiscountywa.gov.

Resolution 23-043:	Notice of hearing regarding compost procurement ordinance (Ordinance 1344). The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at or after 10 a.m. Feb. 28, 2023.
Resolution 23-044:	Issue a request for proposals (RFP) for upgrades to the Juvenile Courtroom Technology and Audio/Video Design and Installation. Proposals are due to the Clerk of the Board by 4 p.m. Feb. 21, 2023.
Resolution 23-045:	Call for bids for official newspaper to publish all of Lewis County's legal and other official notices for one year beginning July 1, 2023. Bids are due to the Clerk of the Board by 3 p.m. March 16, 2023.

Resolution 23-046:	Approval of warrants and/or payroll.
	Approval of minutes from the Jan. 31, 2023, Business Meeting.

DELIBERATION ITEM(S)
Resolution 23-047:	Ratify an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between Lewis County and the State of Washington, Department of Enterprise Services.
Resolution 23-048:	Authorize the Director of Information Technology Services to execute a purchase order with Cisco and Ednetics, an approved Cisco partner.
Resolution 23-049:	Approve the 911 Director to execute a continued contract with Everbridge Inc. for Lewis County Alert warning and notification services.
Resolution 23-050:	List the bids received and contractor selected for the Lewis County Howe Road Rock Purchase.
Resolution 23-051:	List the bids received and contractor selected for the Lewis County 2023 Rock Proposal.
Resolution 23-052:	Amend the county's General Fund clearing investment allocation.
Resolution 23-053:	Establish the rate of pay for a Broadband Project Manager.
