WHEREAS, Everbridge, Inc. is a product used by Lewis County for the Lewis County Alert warning and notification system; and

WHEREAS, a contract was negotiated and executed in 2020 and signed by the Director of Emergency Management; and

WHEREAS, this contract expires March 28, 2023; and

WHEREAS, this product is budgeted and paid for by Lewis County 911 Communications.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 20-096 be superseded and the Director of 911 Communications be authorized to negotiate, administer, and sign the service contract with Everbridge, Inc..
