Resolution
ESTABLISH THE RATE OF PAY FOR A BROADBAND PROJECT MANAGER
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) establishes compensation for Lewis County employees, including Casual employees; and
WHEREAS, the County Manager requested to employ a project (casual) employee to oversee the Winlock Broadband Project for the duration of the grant funding through 2026; and
WHEREAS, on October, 25, 2022, through Resolution 22-346, the BOCC established the pay at $45.00 per hour for the above casual Broadband Project Manager position; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to increase the established rate of pay from $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby sets the rate of pay for the Broadband Project Manager at $50.00 per hour effective February 16, 2023.
