Resolution 23-346:	Notice of hearing regarding Ordinance 1351, which would add Chapter 9.30 Lewis County Code to establish a process by which the county can deny an individual access to county parks and make violation of such an exclusion notice a misdemeanor. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at or after 10 a.m. Nov. 21, 2023.
Resolution 23-347:	Issuing Public Notice Lewis County is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's (DOE) Construction Stormwater NPDES State Waste Discharge Permit for the Berwick Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage Project, Logan Hill Road MP 0.103, Chehalis. Comments can be submitted to the DOE.
