This Resolution will issue a Public Notice that Lewis County is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES State Waste Discharge Permit for the Berwick Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage Project, Logan Hill Road MP 0.103, Chehalis.

Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Transportation Improvement Plan includes the Berwick Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage project; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES State Waste Discharge Permit; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County will accept written comments in order to consider and evaluate whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby issues a public notice the Berwick Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage Project, Logan Hill Road MP 0.103, Chehalis, requires coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES State Waste Discharge Permit.
