Resolution
RATIFY A PURCHASE ORDER WITH TACOMA ELECTRIC FOR PURCHASE OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH BUILDING, CAPITAL PROJECT 31-2102
WHEREAS, Lewis County Facilities Department issued a call for bids for electrical materials, equipment and lighting materials on June 13, 2023, via Resolution 23-188; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received by June 23, 2023, and the bids were opened on June 30, 2023. The three complete bids received were as follows:

| Tacoma Electrical | $58,782.73 |
; and
WHEREAS, Tacoma Electrical provided the lowest responsive bid.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) herby provides after-the-fact approval of the proposal with Tacoma Electric, not to exceed $58,782.73, for the electrical materials, equipment and supplies necessary for the Community Development building to be paid out of capital construction funds; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the BOCC herby ratifies the signature of the Facilities Administrator to said purchase order.
