Resolution 23-031:	Issuing Public Notice Lewis County is seeking coverage under the Washington Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES State Waste Discharge Permit for the Centralia Alpha Road Improvements project.
Resolution 23-032:	Notice of hearing regarding a license to Sprint Communications Company to construct, operate and maintain telecommunication facilities in Lewis County Rights of Way. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at or after 10 a.m. Feb. 21, 2023.
Resolution 23-033:	Notice of a public hearing to consider Ordinance 1343 to amend the Lewis County Zoning Map Designations. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Hearing Room at or after 10 a.m. Feb. 14. NOTE: Public testimony will not be taken on this matter during the Jan. 31 Business Meeting.

Resolution 23-037:	Approve and authorize the IT Director to sign a Terms of Use Agreement for Dark Fiber Infrastructure with Public Utility District No. 1.
Resolution 23-039:	Approve a memorandum of agreement between Lewis County and Washington State University (WSU) Extension.
