Resolution
APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY (WSU) EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a Memorandum of Agreement between Lewis County and Washington State Extension to provide WSU Extension Services to Lewis County residents; and
WHEREAS, county funds in the amount of $175,105.00 have been approved to pay for WSU Extension Services to Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest to authorize the execution of said Memorandum of Agreement for Lewis County for 2023.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Memorandum of Agreement is hereby approved and the Chair of the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
