Please note: The deadline for submitting written testimony regarding the Mineral Lake YMCA rezone proposal (Ordinance 1343) has passed, and only in-person testimony is allowed during today's hearing. Following is the expected timeline regarding the YMCA proposal:

10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14: Public hearing for oral testimony (commissioners do not plan to deliberate or make decisions)
11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27: Commissioners will deliberate and direct staff on how to update ordinance (no testimony allowed)
10 a.m. Wednesday, March 1: Commissioners will vote on ordinance (no testimony allowed)

Resolution 23-059:	List the bids received and contractor selected for the Historic Courthouse restoration project #31-2218.
Resolution 23-060:	Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to correct the CBA between Lewis County and the Corrections Guild represented employees to correct Section 13.1.1.
