LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE HISTORIC COURTHOUSE RESTORATION PROJECT #31-2218
WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a Call for Bids for the Historic Courthouse Restoration Project, #31-2218, and has received several responsive bids from this solicitation; and
WHEREAS, the responses are as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears that D&R Masonry Restoration Inc. has submitted the lowest responsive bid. It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) award the contract for the Historic Courthouse Restoration project to D&R Masonry Restoration Inc. of Milwaukie, OR.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Historic Courthouse Restoration Project be awarded to D&R Masonry Restoration LLC. The Capital Facilities Manager is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the BOCC.
