Resolution
APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) TO CORRECT THE CBA BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND THE CORRECTIONS GUILD REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES TO CORRECT SECTION 13.1.1
WHEREAS, the Corrections Guild ("Guild") and Lewis County ("County") (collectively the "Parties") negotiated in good faith a Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the period of November 1, 2022, to December 31, 2025, through Resolution 22-422; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to specifically correct Section 13.1.1 (a) as outlined in the attached MOU.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 22-422 shall be corrected to include the proposed changes in Section 13.1.1 (a) as per the attached MOU; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the correction to Section 13.1.1. (a) per attached MOU shall be effective on November 1, 2022.
