Summary:On February 22, 2021 Resolution 21-074, passed by the Board of County Commissioners accepting the offer of $625.00 from Richard L. Erickson, General Manager of Lantbruk, LLC for the sale of property located off Independence Road near Rochester, subject to the conditions of LCC 3.30.400.
All conditions have now been met and a cashier’s check for $625.00 has been received from Mr. Erickson.
The attached resolution would approve the transfer of property located off Independence Road near Rochester by Quit Claim Deed from Lewis County to Lantbruk, LLC.

APPROVING A QUIT CLAIM DEED BY AND BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND LANTBRUK, LLC FOR PROPERTY LOCATED OFF INDEPENDENCE ROAD NEAR ROCHESTER AND AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES THEREON
WHEREAS, Resolution 21-074 accepted an offer of $625.00 from Richard L. Erickson, General Manager of Lantbruk, LLC for the sale of property located off Independence Road near Rochester, subject to the conditions of LCC 3.30.400; and
WHEREAS, all conditions have now been met and a cashier's check for $625.00 has been received from Mr. Erickson; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a Quit Claim Deed from Lewis County to Lantbruk, LLC; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to approve the execution of said Quit Claim Deed to Lantbruk, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed for property located off Independence Road near Rochester from Lewis County to Lantbruk, LLC is hereby approved and the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
