LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND NEWSPAPER SELECTED FOR LEWIS COUNTY LEGAL PRINTING FOR JULY 1, 2020, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) issued a call for sealed bids for the printing of legal publications on Feb. 3, 2020 ; and
WHEREAS, three firms submitted bid packets, including a sample legal notice; and
WHEREAS, the bids were opened March 16, 2020; and
WHEREAS, The bids submitted were:

WHEREAS, The Chronicle is the lowest qualified bidder per the bid specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that The Chronicle be named Lewis County's legal newspaper of record for the period beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021, at a cost of $3.10 per 1.20 column inch at 8-point type in conformance with the sample furnished with The Chronicle’s bid.
