Resolution

WHEREAS, acquisition of property is necessary for the construction of the Packwood Sewer System Pump Station, Access Easement, Sewage Treatment Plant, and Large On-Site Septic System; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County Public Works is administering the project on behalf of Lewis County Water District 3; and

WHEREAS, this project is necessary and will benefit the Packwood community; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the Public Works Director to acquire additional property(ies) as shown on the attached Exhibits from two landowners in the Packwood community for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is instructed to acquire all necessary properties and is authorized to sign documents for the Packwood Sewer System project and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
