LIST THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED AND VENDOR SELECTED FOR THE ELECTRONIC EMPLOYEE RELATIONS CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR HUMAN RESOURCES AND RISK MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a Request for Proposals for the Electronic Employee Relations Case Management System on July 2, 2024, based upon specifications developed by Lewis County IT, Human Resources, and Risk; and
WHEREAS, the evaluation process used competitive negotiation as outlined in RCW 39.04.270; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received by July 26, 2024, and were read aloud during a public meeting on August 6, 2024. The responses were as follows:

WHEREAS, considering cost and other factors, it appears HR Acuity of Florham Park, New Jersey, is the most advantageous solution and in the best interest of Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby approves the proposal with HR Acuity for $91,710, plus applicable taxes, for the Electronic Employee Relations Case Management System. Upon presentation of an acceptable contract, the Information Technology Director is authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
