Summary:A call for bids for the Lucas Creek Tributary MP 4.24 and MP 4.39 Fish Passage Construction Project, CMP No. 15-2331 and 15-2332, was made on March 7, 2024. LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE LUCAS CREEK TRIBUTARY MP 4.24 AND MP 4.39 FISH PASSAGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CMP NO. 15-2331 AND 15-2332
WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued March 7, 2024, for the Lucas Creek Tributary MP 4.24 and MP 4.39 Fish Passage Construction Project, CMP No. 15-2331 and 15-2332; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Steele Trucking, Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $2,259,554.00 for the Lucas Creek Tributary MP 4.24 and MP 4.39 Fish Passage Construction Project, CMP No. 15-2331 and 15-2332.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Lucas Creek Tributary MP 4.24 and MP 4.39 Fish Passage Construction Project, CMP No. 15-2331 and 15-2332 shall be awarded to Steele Trucking, Inc. in the amount of $2,259,554.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
