Resolution 21-273:	Approval of warrants / payroll.

DELIBERATION ITEM(S)
Resolution 21-272:	Approve a $135,000 .09 ("Distressed Counties") grant to the East Lewis County PDA for its "Building Improvement to Marketable Status" project.
Resolution 21-274:	Adopting Washington State Department of Transportation/American Public Works Association (WSDOT/APWA) Standard Specification for Lewis County road, bridge and municipal construction contracts.
Resolution 21-275:	Preliminary approval of the East Roanoke PUD located within the Centralia Urban Growth Area (UGA).
