Bids submitted after 12:15 p.m. will not be considered for this project.

Resolution

WHEREAS, this contract provides for the improvement of Lincoln Creek Road (MP 13.7), SM 20F100191370,  in Lewis County by purchasing a culvert for future installation and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications; and

WHEREAS, the purchase of the culvert will expediate the installation of a FEMA related project and allow Public Works to receive more competitive bids.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works is instructed to issue a Call for Bids and Contract Specifications for the material purchase of a precast concrete split box culvert for Lincoln Creek Road (MP 13.7), SM 20F100191370. Bids for this project shall be submitted to the Clerk of the BOCC (351 N.W. North Street, Room 210, CMS-01, Chehalis, WA 98532) by or before 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2021, and will be opened at or after 12:15 p.m. on April 22, 2021, subject to official proposal addenda that establishes an alternate bid due date or opening time.
