Resolution
APPOINTING FRANK CORBIN AS A REGULAR MEMBER TO THE VETERANS’ ADVISORY BOARD (VAB) THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021
WHEREAS, Resolution 06-189 established the Lewis County VAB; and
WHEREAS, membership on the VAB shall be comprised of no less than seven regular and two alternate members. With the resignation of Gary Graveline, one regular position is now vacant; and
WHEREAS, Frank Corbin has expressed interest and a desire to serve on the VAB to complete Gary Graveline’s term. Frank’s term will be effective when appointed through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the VAB needs to fill this vacant position; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed Frank’s application and recommends appointment to the VAB.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that Frank Corbin be appointed as a regular member of the Lewis County VAB from date approved through June 30, 2021.
