Ordinance

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) regularly amends and adopts a Fee Schedule for Community Development, Public Works, and Public Health & Social Services fees; and

WHEREAS, this Fee Schedule is adopted by reference in Chapter 18.10 of the Lewis County Code; and

WHEREAS, Ch. 18.10 LCC references to Ch. 12.12 LCC, which has been repealed and the proposed amendment reflects that change.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the Lewis County BOCC hereby amends Section 18.10.020 of the Lewis County Code as follows: 

The Public Works Fee Schedule shall be as provided in the Lewis County fee schedule, which may be changed from time to time through a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners ; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage. The code reviser may make such editorial changes to the online code as are appropriate in light of its passage.
