Resolution

WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued August 6, 2026, for the Tucker Road Paving Project, F.A. Project NO. STPR-F212(002), CRP-2213D; and

WHEREAS, bid quotations were submitted by contractors on August 27, 2026, as follows:

WHEREAS, Granite Construction provided the lowest responsive bid for Tucker Road Paving Project, F.A. Project NO. STPR-F212(002), CRP-2213D.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Tucker Road Paving Project, F.A. Project NO. STPR-F212(002), CRP-2213D, shall be awarded to Granite Construction in the amount of $699,349.50. Upon execution of a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
