A request has been made to grant a boundary line adjustment between Lewis County located at 585 NW Center Street, Chehalis and an adjacent property at 537 NW Center Street, Chehalis to clear a long standing encroachment. 

A hearing was held on July 13, 2020, to receive public comment on this proposal.

Resolution

WHEREAS, Richard Graham has requested a boundary line adjustment be granted by Lewis County to cure an encroachment; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 13, 2020, where all persons could appear and be heard upon the granting of the boundary line adjustment; and

WHEREAS, this boundary line adjustment is found to be in the best public interest.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves this requested boundary line adjustment detailed in the attached documents .
