Resolution

WHEREAS, the Radio Services Fund No. 5200 was established pursuant to Resolution 16-102 to account for the services provided to other funds or departments within Lewis County government; and

WHEREAS, the current operations of the Radio Services department primarily support the core communications equipment of Lewis County 911, eliminating the need for an internal service fund.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that on or before December 31, 2025, the Radio Services Fund No. 5200 shall be closed, and all residual cash or outstanding claims shall be transferred to the Communications Fund No. 1070.
