Resolution

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution 24-363, Director, Administrators, or designee may sign procurement contracts, amendments, and change orders that total or create a cumulative project total of $50,000 to $350,000, provided that the contract or amendment is approved by the BOCC via resolution; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County Solid Waste desires to continue purchased services with Cabbros Cleaning Service LLC for Transfer Station Cleanup and Support Services to include Grounds Maintenance and Cleanup, Site Support and Cleanup, and Special Cleanup; and

WHEREAS, the total maximum consideration of this agreement is not to exceed $150,000 (including applicable taxes) annually, funded by Transfer Station Tipping Fees, the term of this agreement shall be in effect until the terms and conditions of this agreement are declared severable; and

WHEREAS, Personal Services Agreement CCSLLC2025 was entered into between Lewis County Solid Waste and Cabbros Cleaning Service LLC on August 1, 2025; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby ratifies Personal Services Agreement CCSLLC2025 with Cabbros Cleaning Service LLC for the purpose of purchased services not to exceed $150,000 (including applicable taxes) annually until the terms and conditions of this contract are declared severable funded by Transfer Station Tipping Fees; and the BOCC authorizes the Director of Public Works to sign the name.
