WHEREAS, Lewis County entered into Contract No. 25-92701-035 with the Washington State Department of Commerce to receive $545,839 in grant funding for LED lighting upgrades at the Law and Justice Center in Chehalis; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Commerce has reappropriated funds under the Clean Building Performance Grant Program for the 2025–2027 biennium; and

WHEREAS, Amendment A to Contract No. 25-92701-035 extends the period of performance from June 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with no changes to the project scope, budget or work plan; and

WHEREAS, this amendment was executed by the County Manager in accordance with grant procedures.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Amendment A to Contract No. 25-92701-035 is hereby ratified by the Board of County Commissioners.
