LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE WINLOCK SENIOR CENTER EXTERIOR ENVELOPE REMODEL
WHEREAS, Lewis County was awarded Washington State Capital Grant funding for the purpose of repairing and renovating the senior centers in the county; and
WHEREAS, a scope of work and specifications were developed and a call for bids was issued using the MRSC Small Works process; and
WHEREAS, the bids received were as follows:

WHEREAS, A.C.E. Improvements submitted the lowest apparent bid and meets all the responsive requirements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Winlock Senior Center Envelope Remodel be awarded to A.C.E. Improvements; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Facilities Administrator is hereby authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).
