LIST THE BIDS RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE BARNES DRIVE, CRP 2201, & FOSTER CREEK ROAD, CRP 2207C, PROJECT
WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued December 11, 2024, for the Barnes Drive, CRP 2201, & Foster Creek Road, CRP 2207C, project; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Granite Construction Co. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $969,798.75 for the Barnes Drive, CRP 2201, & Foster Creek Road, CRP 2207C, project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Barnes Drive, CRP 2201, & Foster Creek Road, CRP 2207C, project, shall be awarded to Granite Construction Co. in the amount of $969,798.75 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
