WHEREAS, Lewis County recognizes the need for a systematic, rational, and equitable method of allocating indirect costs among the various departments and programs; and

WHEREAS, the County hired Matrix Consulting to prepare a full cost allocation plan that outlines the distribution of indirect costs; and

WHEREAS, the consultant has provided a final cost allocation plan that is complete, accurate, and in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting principles that was subsequently reviewed and approved by the Lewis County Auditor's Office.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the full cost allocation plan attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted by the Board of County Commissioners as the official cost allocation methodology for fiscal year 2025.
