LIST THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED AND VENDOR SELECTED FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE ROOM TECHNOLOGY AND AUDIO/VIDEO DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
WHEREAS, Lewis County issued a Request for Proposals for the Community Development Conference Room Technology and Audio/Video Design and Installation on April 23, 2024, based upon specifications developed by Lewis County IT; and
WHEREAS, the evaluation process used competitive negotiation as outlined in RCW 39.04.270; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received by May 10, 2024, and were read aloud during a public meeting on May 16, 2024. The responses were as follows:

| Paladin Technologies, Redmond, WA | $137,765.56 |
WHEREAS, considering cost and other factors, it appears CCI Solutions of Tumwater, Wash., is the most advantageous solution and in the best interest of Lewis County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby approves the proposal with CCI Solutions for $101,677.71, plus applicable taxes, for the Community Development Conference Room Technology and Audio/Video Design and Installation. Upon presentation of an acceptable contract, the Information Technology Director is authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
