RATIFY SIGNATURE FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BUILDING-ACOUSTIC CEILING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Lewis County is renovating a building located at 121 N.W. Chehalis Ave. in Chehalis for the community development and environmental health offices and staff; and
WHEREAS, bids were received through OpenGov.com due on January 24, 2024, using the sealed bid settings. The responses were as follows:

| R & N Acoustics | Elma, WA | $48,000 |
WHEREAS, it appears R & N Acoustics of Elma, WA, has submitted the lowest responsive bid of $48,000 plus tax; and
WHEREAS, a contract has been issued (as attached) to R & N Acoustics and signed by the Capital Facilities Manager to proceed with the construction work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Capital Facilities Manager on the attached contract and authorizes the construction work to be performed.
