Resolution
ESTABLISH A $100 PETTY CASH FUND TO MAKE CHANGE FOR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE REQUEST (PDR) CUSTOMERS
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Human Resources department is requesting a $100 petty cash fund on behalf of Risk Management Fund No. 5120 for the Public Disclosure office; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for the Human Resources department to make small change, at various times during hours of operation within the courthouse, due to citizens making payments for PDR requests; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 would accomplish this purpose.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a petty cash fund of $100 is hereby established in the Risk Management Fund No. 5120 for the Public Disclosure office and the Deputy Director of the Human Resources department is appointed as the custodian.
