APPROVE A PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MATRIX CONSULTING GROUP FOR COST ALLOCATION PLAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Lewis County has identified the need for a cost allocation plan to accurately allocate costs to the responsible departments or programs to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability. The cost allocation plan will assist in determining the true cost of each program, promoting sound fiscal decision-making, and complying with federal and state regulations; and
WHEREAS, the County issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on January 16, 2024, for qualified and experienced firms or individuals to provide comprehensive cost allocation services; and
WHEREAS, the County received three proposals and has determined that Matrix Consulting Group best meets the criteria listed in the request for proposal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC hereby approves a personal service agreement with Matrix Consulting Group not to exceed $28,000 for the development of a cost allocation plan.
