RATIFY SIGNATURE FOR THE BUILDING STRUCTURAL UPGRADES CONTRACT FOR THE NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING
WHEREAS, Lewis County is renovating a building located at 185 N.W. Chehalis Ave. in Chehalis for the Information Technology offices and staff; and
WHEREAS, bids were received through OpenGov.com on Aug. 23, 2023, using the sealed bid settings. The responses were as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears Tundra Construction of Battle Ground, WA, has submitted the lowest responsive bid of $48,000 plus tax; and
WHEREAS, a contract has been issued to Tundra Construction and signed by the Capital Facilities Manager to proceed with the construction work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies the signature of the Capital Facilities Manager on the contract and authorizes the construction work to be performed.
