LIST THE BID RECEIVED AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO FOLDING GOOSENECK LOWBOY TRAILERS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 23-276, a call for bids was issued by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on Sept. 5, 2023, for the purchase of two new folding gooseneck lowboy equipment trailers; and
WHEREAS, a bid quotation has been submitted by one contractor as follows:

WHEREAS, Load King Custom Truck Source provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $285,894.22 for two new folding gooseneck lowboy equipment trailers.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a contract for the purchase of two new folding gooseneck lowboy equipment trailers shall be awarded to Load King Custom Truck Source of Kansas City, Mo., in the amount of $285,894.22. Upon presentation of a contract acceptable to the BOCC, the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
