THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY FOR JACKSON HIGHWAY SOUTH MP 0.639
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove bedload from an unnamed tributary of Salmon Creek along Jackson Highway South; and
WHEREAS, the work will require additional road right of way from two adjacent landowners; and
WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and
WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from two landowners along Jackson Highway South for the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the bedload removal project on Jackson Highway South in Section 20, Township 11N, Range 1 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
