WHEREAS, that on the 14th day of September 2021, in regular session, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), by unanimous vote duly passed Resolution 21-343 declaring its intention to lay out and establish a certain road in Lewis County, named and designated Ghosn Lane; and

WHEREAS, that on the 9th day of August 2023, the County Road Engineer filed his report in writing with the BOCC that Ghosn Lane had been constructed to County Road standards; and

WHEREAS, that on the 15th day of August 2023, the BOCC passed Resolution 23-263 setting a public hearing on the County Engineer Report and establishment of Ghosn Lane for September 5, 2023, and all required notices were given to the public.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED pursuant to RCW 36.81.080, a public hearing on the establishment of a new County Road was held on September 5, 2023; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the establishment of Ghosn Lane as a County Road is a public necessity and will be of benefit to the community; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the BOCC approves the resolution to establish Ghosn Lane as a County Road.
