AWARD CONTRACT FOR ROYAL BAKERY SOUTH SIDE SIDING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Royal Bakery is included in Lewis County's Campus Façade Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Lewis County solicited bids from 26 vendors on the Small Works Roster for work to install the metal clad siding system for the Royal Bakery site; and
WHEREAS, the county received bids from the following four companies:

WHEREAS, it appears that Ace Improvements has submitted the lowest responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, county staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) award the siding system contract to Ace Improvements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC hereby awards the siding system contract to Ace Improvements for $53,687 and provides after-the-fact ratification of the contract signed by Steve Wohld, Chief of Internal Services.
