WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on Labree Road MP 0.459 at Dillenbaugh Creek; and

WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional road right of way from one adjacent owner; and

WHEREAS, this project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public; and

WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit from one property owner along Labree Road for the project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on Labree Road in Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 2 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 20-149.
