CALL FOR BIDS FOR MASONRY RESTORATION OF THE HISTORIC LEWIS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, PROJECT #31-2218
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Courthouse is in need of masonry restoration work to maintain and preserve this historic treasure for the citizens of Lewis County; and
WHEREAS, the State of Washington Historic Courthouse Grant program, administered by the Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation, has awarded Lewis County a grant in the amount of $375,736.00 for Masonry Repairs and Door replacement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby issues a Call for Bids for the Historic Courthouse Masonry Restoration Project, #31-2218; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Capital Facilities Manager be directed to prepare bid documents, and he is, and that the bids shall be due January 19, 2023, on or before 3 PM to the Clerk of the Board.
