TRAFFIC ORDINANCE NO. 221 - AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE MAXIMUM SPEED AT WHICH VEHICLES MAY BE OPERATED OVER CERTAIN ROADS IN LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON: DEFINING OFFENSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the attached Traffic Ordinance No. 221 be enacted as ordained by the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners, after a public hearing was held providing an opportunity for any person to appear and be heard, either for or against adoption of Traffic Ordinance No. 221. The public hearing was pursuant to notice published in the East County Journal on July 13, 2022 and The Chronicle July 14, 2022..
