AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1239 RELATING TO EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DECLARING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AS THE POLITICAL SUBDIVISION IN CHARGE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, AUTHORIZED TO CREATE A DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND APPOINT ITS DIRECTOR.
