Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) #HRC McKINNEY20-21 between Lewis County and Housing Resource Center (HRC); and

WHEREAS, the MOU provides funding to the Housing Resource Center for the transitional housing program; and

WHEREAS, the MOU extends the coverage period for Contract HRCMC1718 and Amendment H02-0033-19-B; and

WHEREAS, additional funding is available in the amount of $155,864.00 for the period of May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021; and

WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of the said contract for Lewis County.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that MOU #HRC McKINNEY20-21 is hereby approved to retroactively to memorialize the contract extension from May 1, 2020, to April 30, 2021, and for additional funding of $155,864.00, and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
