APPROVE AMENDMENT BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND RELIABLE ENTERPRISES TO ADD ADDITIONAL FUNDS THROUGH DDA IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,960 AND REVISE PLANNED SERVICE RATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Amendment #R01-0091-21-A with Reliable Enterprises to increase planned rates and budget for direct services in accordance with the increased rate lid put in place by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) to individuals with developmental disabilities; and
WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $5,960 for a total maximum consideration of $284,011 through the State DDA is provided for the period of July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Amendment #R01-0091-21-A between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in an additional amount of $5,960 for a total maximum consideration of $284,011 and revise planned service rates from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same.
