WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) may appoint six representatives to the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Lewis County's representatives can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms on the Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Deborah Mizner has resigned from her position on the LMTAAA Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Ellie Outwater has expressed a willingness to serve on the LMTAAA Advisory Council.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hereby appoints Ellie Outwater to the LMTAAA Advisory Council, effective immediately, to fill the remainder of unexpired term ending Dec. 31, 2021.
