Resolution

WHEREAS, the ALCDPA (Association of Lewis County Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys) ("Guild") and Lewis County ("County") (collective the "Parties") negotiated in good faith a Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the Period of January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2022 (the "CBA"); and

WHEREAS, the County has conducted a County-wide salary study wherein the amount of compensation for each employment position within the County was evaluated. The results of the study and the revision of the compensation for each position are set forth as agreed upon by both Parties as reflected in the attached MOU; and

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the CBA to reflect and incorporate the revised salary schedule as reflected in the attached MOU.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that the ALCDPA shall be placed on the new 2021 Lewis County Salary Grid effective April 1, 2021, as set forth in the attached MOU.
