Resolution

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hired an outside consultant to complete a comprehensive classification and compensation study of the current county positions; and

WHEREAS, the results of the study have been reviewed by the BOCC; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC has determined the need to make initial placements of all non-union employees on the new 2021 Lewis County Salary Grid included as Attachment A, effective April 1, 2021.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that non-union employees be placed on the new 2021 Lewis County Salary Grid effective April 1, 2021.
