Resolution
APPROVING A SRFB GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN RCO AND LEWIS COUNTY FOR THE BERWICK CREEK AT LABREE FISH PASSAGE DESIGN PROJECT, SRFB PROJECT NO. 20-1103P
WHEREAS, Lewis County Department of Public Works has successfully obtained funding in the amount of $119,622.00 which requires a contract to be executed with RCO for the Berwick Creek at Labree Fish Passage Design Project; and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has reviewed the Agreement and recommends that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) authorize the execution of the agreement with RCO.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOCC has determined the grant agreement in the amount of $119,622.00 for the Berwick Creek at Labree Fish Passage Design Project is in the best public interest and the Chair is hereby authorized to sign the same on behalf of the BOCC.
