Resolution

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 21-038, Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approval is required for all contracts, projects, agreements, grant applications, contract amendments and change orders involving expenditures totaling between $50,000 and $200,000; and

WHEREAS, on February 12, 2021, the Director of Public Works approved an Annual Consultant Agreement with PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. for services for the Annual Wetland and Stream Services 2021. The agreement was for a maximum amount payable of $100,000; and

WHEREAS, the consultant agreement will provide annual wetland and stream services on Lewis County Public Works projects, including but not limited to providing wetland/stream reconnaissance, wetland and other waters delineations, wetland and stream mitigations plans, and/or similar work Public Works does not have the staff time to perform.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the consultant agreement previously executed by Public Works is hereby approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
