WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued January 19, 2021, for the Stowell MP 0.57 Bridge Scour Repair Project, Federal Aid Project No. BHOS-2021(055), F.A. Agreement No. TA-6339, County Road Project No. 2159K; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows

WHEREAS, Active Construction Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $320,320.00 for the Stowell MP 0.57 Bridge Scour Repair Project, Federal Aid Project No. BHOS-2021(055), F.A. Agreement No. TA-6339, County Road Project No. 2159K.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Stowell MP 0.57 Bridge Scour Repair Project, Federal Aid Project No. BHOS-2021(055), F.A. Agreement No. TA-6339, County Road Project No. 2159K shall be awarded to Active Construction Inc. in the amount of $320,320.00 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
