Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approved Resolution 21-042 on Feb. 1, 2021, ratifying consultant supplements over $50,000 for the Grant Funded Fish Passable Structures Design and Engineering consultant contract with PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc.; and

WHEREAS, Resolution 21-042 incorrectly described Supplement 2, approved therein, as pertaining to $132,000 for additional work on the Centralia Alpha and Skate Creek projects; and

WHEREAS, Supplement 2 actually pertained to $130,000 for additional work on the Berwick Creek and Kruger Road projects; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC wishes to correct the record and demonstrate that it always intended to ratify the correct project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the BOCC hereby ratifies Supplement 2 as correctly described herein nunc pro tunc to Feb. 1, 2021.
